Over 80 fencers from five clubs took part in the championship.
Khangarid Club’s B.Batkhuu won gold in the men’s category. He was followed by Ts.Jigjidsuren, E.Dulguun and E.Enkhdelger.
Three-time state champion and Mongolia’s first gold medalist from international fencing tournament B.Battumur didn’t participate in this year’s State Fencing Championship.
B.Gerelmaa won gold in the women’s category and became a state champion for the third time. She was followed by B.Amarzaya of Uurkhachin Club, M.Jargalmaa and A.Khaliunaa.
